The military robots market is huge.

In 2017 it was valued at $16.79bn and is forecast to reach $30.83bn by 2022.

Researchers analyse the market based on platform, application, mode of operation and region. 

Based on platform, the land robots segment is expected to grow at a highest CAGR during the forecast period. Within the platform category, military robots market have been segmented into land robots, marine robots, and airborne robots. The rapid growth heer is due to increasing adoption of land based military robots by various countries for border security and battlefield engagements, as well as to tackle terrorist attacks.

Based on application, the military robots market has been segmented into intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), search and rescue, combat support, transportation, EOD, mine clearance and firefighting and Others.
